US orders are processed within 1-2 business days and take 3-5 business days for shipping within the continental US. Typically east coast orders will take about 3 days to ship, while west coast orders may take up to 5 days. Hawaii and Alaska take 7-10 days for shipping. 

Australia orders shipping from our warehouse in Australia are processed within 1-2 business days. If shipping with Parcel Post, same-state orders take 2-4 business days and interstate orders will take 3-6 business days. Express Post orders also process within 1-2 business days, but same-state orders take 1-2+ business days and interstate takes 1-3+ business days.

International orders are processed within 1-4 business days and take 7-10 days for shipping.

Sock has changed compared to previous years

"I have bought socks from here circa 2024, they were extremely comfortable and cozy, and I like what the company stands for. However, this time when I ordered the same kind of socks, I found that they had changed completely: they were longer (which isn't bad), but also much tighter at the top, and it seems like there is more mesh/ribbing than simple cotton throughout. Overall, I think they have tried to make them more durable (the old ones did wear through, which I was fine with), but this has resulted in making them much less comfortable. I can't wear them to sleep like I used to. So, while I will wear these, I'm going to think twice about ordering more of this exact type."
